Baking Through It

We are two sisters originally from Southern California but then one of us… not gonna name names… moved to the less cool place of Northern Colorado. After one of us had two kids and the other was diagnosed with a life long chronic illness we both needed an outlet to keep us sane while navigating our new worlds. We have grown our relationship over facetime, while baking together over facetime we had the original idea that we should start a blog- nobody does that. Especially because one of us can eat gluten (like a lucky loser) and the other has to do all the extra work of baking gluten free. So for all our gluten free friends out there who want to know what difference baking without gluten makes… here you go… one of us did the work for you. Join us while we bake through our bucket list pastries, cookies, cakes, and more; discussing the difference of gluten free vs gluten baked goods. Maybe a life rant here or there and possibly some existential dread… the woes of parenting two crazy boys and a thousand doctors appointments.
